I've set a circle of 10km radius clearing grid on Ministry of Finance/National Tax Administration Agency for making the vibration higher.
First I thought there are wreath of low vibrated notion and thoughts clouds of group consciousness, but it was flat and public(civil) service vibration.
Japanese is quiet and obedient after all, I think.
